Items marked as Grade B/C/D cannot be returned for a refund. Before buying these items, please understand that they cannot be refunded. We apologize, but we are unable to fulfill any special requests for these items currently. Additionally, Wing999 Thaialand serves exclusively businesses, including Limited companies or Sole Traders operating on platforms like eBay or Depop. Therefore, all transactions with us are considered business-to-business (B2B) and are not covered by consumer protection laws.

Grading Variance:

Because our products consist of secondhand and slightly worn items, there might be a grading difference of 5-10%. We suggest washing the items to enhance their chances of selling well.

Authorisation Requirement:

We must approve all returns at our discretion. We don't give back money for returned items, but we issue credit notes instead. To start the return process, your order must be in its original state, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Return Request Period:

You need to ask for a return within two days of getting your order. If we say yes, you'll have to pay for sending it back, and you need to send it back within a week of getting it.

Return Process:

Returns that are not authorized will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original sender. After we receive and examine your return, we will inform you about whether it has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will be issued a credit note that can be utilized on our online store.
